All equipment provided. All abilities welcome.

Invictus Australia, in partnership with Waves of Wellness, is offering a free 8-week Mental Health Surf Therapy Program, funded by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs Health and Wellbeing grant. Each session explores themes like stress management and healthy relationships while harnessing the therapeutic power of the ocean. Led by experienced mental health facilitators and surf instructors, the program provides a safe, supportive space to build surfing skills and connect with others
