Community Satisfaction Survey
The Noosa Council 2026 Community Satisfaction Survey is now live.
In the 2025 Community Satisfaction Survey, we heard from a randomised and representative sample of 398 community members, and Council achieved a 79% overall performance rating. The 2026 survey will build on these results, helping Council track changes in service performance and community satisfaction over time.

The survey is conducted in partnership with
Place Score, a place-based social research company. Selected community members will be invited to share their views on Council services.
The 2026 survey uses the same randomised approach as the 2025 survey to help ensure the results reflect the demographic profile of the Noosa community.
If you receive an invitation, please take the opportunity to have your say. Your responses will remain anonymous and will help Council understand:
- what is working well
- where improvements are needed
- how future planning, budgets and project priorities can better respond to community needs
