Clear Skies is a 6-week strength-based wellbeing program for teenagers aged 14–18, designed to support emotional regulation, confidence, and self-understanding.

This program helps teens build emotional strengths, develop resilience, and learn practical tools for managing stress, overwhelm, and everyday emotional challenges in a safe and supportive group environment.

Rather than focusing on problems, Clear Skies focuses on what is already working — helping teens recognise their strengths and build from there.

Through guided discussion, reflection, journaling, movement, and simple nervous system tools, participants learn how to understand their emotions and respond to them in healthier, more grounded ways.

Program intention

This program supports teens to understand their emotions, recognise their strengths, and build the skills they need to navigate life with more confidence, clarity, and calm.

Emotional regulation is not something you either have or don’t have — it is a skill that is learned, practised, and strengthened over time.
