Street Performers & Buskers

All street performers working within the Noosa Shire must hold a current permit. These permits are issued by council.

Under Noosa Council Local Law No 1 (Administration) street performances/busking are considered to be prescribed activity that requires a permit when being conducted on council controlled land. Council regulates street performance to ensure community safety, balance street performances with community use and maintain relevant infrastructure.
